Staff

Woodmont Christian Pre-School has a professional staff dedicated to the development of the whole child and the philosophy of the pre-school program.

Most importantly, our staff loves children and is committed to seeing that each child is cared for in a loving and secure environment.

Teachers and Assistants are selected based on their educational background and experience. Staff members meet or exceed the requirements of the State of Tennessee for training experience and early childhood education. All staff members have been fingerprinted and have Child Abuse Index clearance. Our teaching staff is certified in First Aid/CPR and trained in blood-borne pathogens and universal precautions.

WCPS staff continues to grow professionally by participating in early childhood workshops, seminars and classes throughout the year.
